UK-based Jason Sheldon is well known and respected in the music photography world and by music PRs, record labels, music management and many bands and artists themselves. His live, portrait and promo’ photographs have been published globally in newspapers, magazines, books, album covers and for marketing/merchandise by many artists.
His clients include Abbey Road Studios, Live Nation, Neil Diamond, Jerry Seinfeld, Priscilla Presley, Jonathan Van Ness, Daniel O’Donnell, Tony Christie, Marti Pellow, Kennedy Street Artists, B:Music (Birmingham Town Hall and Symphony Hall), AEG and Universal Music Enterprises.
In 2006 he became the music photographer for the UK’s biggest regional newspaper, The Express and Star, and for a number of years was signed to a major photo distribution agency owned by Getty Images, enabling his work to be published in newspapers and magazines worldwide.
Jason is an alumni of Falmouth University where he graduated with a Master of Arts in photography in 2023 following the Covid pandemic.
He is available for photographing tours or single performances, mentoring for aspiring music photographers and panel talks on photography and intellectual property rights.
