Thank you for speaking out for photographers. I used to work as a videographer and photojournalist and editor...usually for a company (CTV, Global)...I stopped to raise my son's and have only done small time, freelance and contract stuff. It's appalling (I imagine this is a global problem) how little power we have over our own images and artistry. It takes a lot of hard work and hustle and talent to achieve what I see on your website...I think a lot of photogs quit or get a "regular" day job and do their passion on the side...because it wears you down. I've seen some totally burn out...so I think it's great you're calling a spade, a spade. As if photography is the art of a lesser god.
Thanks for standing straight and saying what's to be said.
I work with young people (14-25) and teach multimedia, do you give talks about your work?
